or another astronomer who has reanalyzed the data. We also include in this table any datasets
where all the measured time delays were consistent with zero (i.e., upper limits).
Please see the PASP paper for more details.

We provide this classification of "excluded" datasets as a guide only. Researchers are advised
to examine the details and make their own determination of the reliability of any particular dataset.
