OZ June/July 2005

  • Oh F&^%$K! We're in Sydney!
  • Liz sported a new tattoo.
  • There's something special about the local club.
  • Old family home. The fence and siding are new.
  • Lots of wildlife can be found outside of the city.
  • Fortunately, Trevor seemed to like the new Axe.
  • OK, let's play another AC/DC cover!
  • Yup, the new Axe is working out well.
  • April and Lilly are lots of fun in the early morning.
  • Where as, Moria is always fun.
  • Lets go to the beach in the rain Daddy!
  • Heaven help the sister.....
  • The new Cruise property. Of course the dog immediately got lost.
  • And of course, she immediately found something dead.
  • A man with two chair bottoms.
  • Once again, old... No! No!, long term friends.
  • Uncle John is knowledgeable about the family tree now....
  • "And that was Sarah Jane Watkins!"
  • Heaven help the mister....
  • Music still runs deep in the Cruise clan.
  • Two leather clad musos discuss bumping out, and if we should help.
  • We didn't help Chris much as you can see.
  • Far too shots of Em and Aaron, this one will have to do.
  • Frida slept, despite the self inflicted wound.
  • ...that gets between me and my man! Fat chance!
  • No family resemblance at all!
  • A lovely, though somewhat awkward, meal with long lost Ralph.
  • Hey! Hey! Ralphy Boy!
  • I just don't see the resemblance!
  • Back in Sydney, Sallie holds forth with Sevens.
  • Peter sits back, relaxes and listens to what the nice ladies say.
  • Theo is somewhat more cynical about it, but listens none the less.
  • The first major reunion, the theatre crowed from Heathcote. Richard is as lovely as ever.
  • And Marj seems not to have changed much at all. Perhaps none of us do.
  • I feel so comfortable....
  • Danger! Danger! Highschool girlfriend Joanne and wife talking!
  • Seems everyone has pictures of children to show.
  • Father holding forth, and mother as glamorous as always.
  • As a lawyer, one must learn to point in the correct fashion.
  • Group shot. Pick which one played puck, and which one the fairy princess.
  • Les and Tiff remain excellent hosts.
  • Another old, No! No! long term friend Peter drops out of the woodwork.
  • Always the gentleman, Theo shows the Australian sign of friendship.
  • There's a relative in there somewhere I think.
  • Sallie collected much valuable family history with a small recording device.
  • Father seems to be quite the cook these days.
  • Sallie seems to quite comfortable on the phone in the kitchen too!
  • If you squint hard enough he looks like Roger Moore.
  • Shopping was compulsory
  • As was eating out on a regular basis. Travel is no time for weight loss.
  • More eating, this time at the lovely Sevens house.
  • It may look like Sallie is cooking.... she isn't.
  • She's smoking hot though.
  • Daniel and Peter make a fine pair of old bastards. Cute eh?
  • Another cutie, Tony is still in the software trade, starting company number two.
  • Long term friends enjoy a drink or two.
  • Even Joanne Small made an appearance. Doesn't she have age genes?
  • Deeply held beliefs are discussed and tossed aside.
  • Heaven help the sister?
  • Art shot, the glass matched Joan's dress so well.
  • Another deeply help belief is shattered.
  • Still, Krocky's house is an excellent place to have a conviction smashed.
  • Back at Coogee, we delve into the carbohydrates and yet more discussion with Helga.
  • Alexander and Ingrid join us, once again I have trouble with the family resemblance.
  • Not here though. Heaven help the mister.
  • Daniel has been working on the cute thing. I think she's getting pretty good.
  • OK, so it seems you can injure yourself on a small crack in the pavement.
  • There was of course lots of dance, at least amongst the more limber members of the household.
  • Pea knows more about other peoples shoes than she cares to admit.
  • Edward just knows good shoes when he wears them.
  • Areau is also well advanced in the cuteness skills.
  • The mighty BBQ!
  • Mother and children doing very well thank you.
  • Despite the new do, Chris is in fine form.
  • OK, so he's another long term friend!
  • That's right. We have graffiti in Sydney too.
  • An old tradition respected. Waiting to meet a friend at the Town Hall steps.
  • Naturally, it was an excellent friend. Penny is not old but quite long term.
  • Tony and Carlos enjoying the winter sun.
  • The crocodile skin is still smoking after the battle.
  • Indeed. Cars come from the other direction down there.
  • Back and Daniel's place we search for deeper belief systems to deconstruct.
  • With Burgess's help, we find them.
  • Krocky is amused in spite of his better understanding of the deconstruction movement.
  • Sevens is just plain amused.
  • The people of Coogee hold the knowledge of food more important than the knowledge of spelling.
  • And don't forget the street cafes. Not Paris, but there is a beach.
  • What would Darling Harbour be without her?
  • We eat an entire sheep whilst in Australia.
  • More family history.
  • He means it!
  • Pineapple Doughnut play once again. Les is very patient with the American visitor.
  • The Mighty Zor sits in on the drums.
  • Turns out the Bass parts can have quite a few notes in them.
  • Sallie is taking the photos, but she did have a fiddle.
  • The Mighty Zor returns to his instrument of choice.
  • Just call her Dr. Marylin, long term friend.
  • W.B.Dr. Tina is pensive but incisive.
  • Stand back.... it's a School reunion. It seems Kevin's beard is doing better than mine... should I worry?
  • John's smile is also better trained. Perhaps I shouldn't have come.
  • What's a reunion without a thoughtful and entertaining speech?
  • Sallie was the token spouse. Seems no others decided to come.
  • As you can see, a bad time was had by all.
  • Some people not only still had their school tie, they had one in the first place!
  • Yet another long term friend. Janelle and I still had a lot on common.
  • Compulsory group shot in the same order as the school photo, except me.
  • Meanwhile, back in family land we cooked sausages.
  • Hugged a lot.
  • Hugged some more.
  • We like the hugging part.
  • The family part is pretty good too.
  • Come to think of it, Hawaii ain't so bad either!
  • Replete with mu mu Sallie enjoys the balmy whatsits.
  • Mai Tais are simply necessary.
  • You also have to eat something.
  • The beach helps with jet lag.
  • Being close to the equator the palm trees are confused. Sallie less so.
  • Watch out for the surf!
  • Home again so the chaos can resume.
