Accomodations

A block of rooms has been set aside at the meeting venue, the Jekyll Island Club Hotel. Reservations can be made between now and May 25, 2017. Rooms are available at the reduced base rate of $189 per night for the nights of Sunday, 6/25 - Thursday, 6/29. Rooms for additional nights may be at higher rates, if available.

1. The easiest way to make a reservation is by phone (855-535-9547). To get the discounted rate, please mention “AGN Winds on the Georgia Coast" as the Group Name.
2. If calling is not convenient (especially for our international colleagues), please email reservations@jekyllclub.com with the subject heading “Reservations for AGN Winds on the Georgia Coast” and the hotel will contact you by email for information.
3. If you are sharing a room, please specify that you want a “double double room” (two double-sized beds).
4. If you need a roommate, please send an email to agnwinds@astro.gsu.edu by May 19th.
